Catalog description

This course builds on the concepts covered in Computer Science I. Programming topics include: inheritance, polymorphism, GUI programming, exceptions, recursion, and file and database input/output. Using object oriented programming(OOP) techniques, an introduction to data structures including stacks and queues is included as well as an introduction to sorting algorithms. Spring. Prerequisites: Grade of C or higher in CIS 150 or comparable programming experience.
