An analysis of the intricate relationship between the media, public communications, and crisis situations. Throughout this course, students will explore the impact of media on public perceptions during times of crisis, and learn effective strategies for managing communication during challenging situations. By studying real-life case studies and theoretical frameworks, students will develop critical thinking skills and practical communication techniques to navigate crisis scenarios effectively. 54.00 hours lecture.
