Prepares students to work with a large group of children, ages 5 through adolescence, by focusing on the development of children in this age group. Includes the study of developmental theories and the practical implications of those theories. Incorporates licensing regulations as required by Title 22 licensed facilities and leadership techniques and styles. 54.00 hours lecture. (Letter grade only)
