This course is designed to meet the state and national accreditation requirements for an approved Dental Hygiene program. This is an introductory course that will allow the student to learn the fundamentals of research design and methodology, and acquire skills to critique scientific literature. The use of Internet and different search engines will be incorporated in this course. 36.00 hours lecture. (Letter grade only)
