Apprenticeship Work Experience

Catalog description

Opportunity to develop attitudes, skills, and knowledge consistent with their selected trade. A journeyman or professional mentor provides instruction and evaluation of skills expected of an apprentice. Emphasis is on trade employability skills and attitudes. Students complete apprenticeship work experience hours at approved training sites. This four-unit course requires 300 hours of paid work experience. Students may take up to 16 units of apprenticeship work experiences course offerings. (Letter grade or Pass/No Pass option)
