Principal topics include issues of knowledge, truth, personal identity, ethics, justice, freedom, and religious belief, as discussed by such diverse thinkers as Plato, Aristotle, Descartes, Lock, Hume, Kant, Mill, Russell, Sartre, Austin, Rawls, and Rorty.
