Catalog description
This course is devoted to the exploration of the structure and function vertebrates and invertebrates. There will be emphases on nervous systems and the mammalian brain, including the study of the evolutionary history of vertebrate and invertebrate systems. The laboratory component of the course is designed to give students a hands-on experience with the macroscopic and microscopic assessments of multiple species. Prerequisites: BIOB 170 /171 Organismal Diversity and Evolution.
