Offered every semester. Prereq., SPNS 202 . Restricted to students in the Spanish Institute for Global Education (SIGE) program. Taught at SIGE in Seville, Spain, by SIGE instructors. This course, taught in Spanish, expands knowledge of Spanish literature, links classical and contemporary Spanish writing to historical and contemporary social, political, and economic phenomena, and deepens understanding of the place of literature in the contemporary life of Seville.
