Offered every semester. Prereq., SPNS 202 . Restricted to students in the Spanish Institute for Global Education (SIGE) program. Taught at SIGE in Seville, Spain, by SIGE instructors. This course, taught in Spanish, is a combination of history, culture, and gastronomy and teaches the relationship between Spanish food and culture and, thereby, socio-cultural aspects of Spain.
