Offered every term. Restricted to students in the SRAS program. Taught at The London School in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan. Language of instruction is Russian. This course provides students with an in-depth overview of the regional history of Kyrgyzstan, beginning with the first human settlements in the Tian Shien mountains and going through the nation’s independence and multiple revolutions of the 21st century.
