Offered spring. Restricted to graduate students in Environmental Studies. Historical development of United States public land law, state-federal relations, and the roles of Congress, the executive and the courts; the law applying to specific public land resources: water, minerals, timber, range, and preservation. Co-convenes with LAW 654 . Level: Graduate
