Catalog description

Offered intermittently. Offered at Missoula College. This is an entry level survey course of various approaches to counseling and psychotherapy. The course is a mixture of lecture, discussion, experiential learning, demonstrations, role playing, viewing counseling sessions, and practice of the major contemporary models of counseling. Ethical and professional issues are also addressed.
