Mentors are paired with first-year students enrolled in University Studies courses. This course further develops mentoring skills through theoretical and experiential learning. Topics include: intermediate mentoring techniques, leadership development, conflict resolution, effective use of campus resources in mentoring contexts. HLD 301 PreReq Repeatable up to 6 credits.
