This course will be offered as a co-convened class with ELEE 509 which is at the graduate level. The course content is intended for non-specialized upper-level undergraduates and graduate students with basic knowledge in chemistry, biology, or physics, and will introduce the miniaturization of devices to handle biological things at a scale we cannot control with our fingers or see with our naked eyes
