(F) The overarching goal of this class is to assist educators and school leaders in the development of a solid pedagogy that informs competency-based teaching/learning. This goal is achieved through course readings, class meetings, individual work, peer collaboration and review, and the development and presentation of a final lesson of instruction, unit of instruction, or school leader action plan.
