Catalog description

(Su) Law Enforcement students only or consent of instructor required. This course provides students with an overview of the procedures and rules of evidence, with a focus on key terminology and topics, relevant aspects of the U.S. Constitution, and important Supreme Court decisions. Students will also Identify and discuss evidence and procedure applications in complicated law enforcement cases including juvenile, use of force, and DUI cases.
