Catalog description

(Su) Law Enforcement students or permission from instructor. This course covers communication in law enforcement and public safety from several angles, with a focus on making ethical communication decisions. Students will learn written communication skills for report writing and verbal communication skills for investigations, de-escalation, negotiation, and court testimony.
