A baccalaureate degree and experience teaching science at the secondary level are required. The course will examine and discuss fundamental and critical concepts in chemistry. A practical laboratory component will enable students to develop laboratory and/or demonstration projects for each concept. Individual student-generated presentations are a key course component.
