(Sp) Behavioral Health majors only. This course covers introductory concepts to mental and behavioral health counseling methods and crisis management. Topics include counseling practices, healthcare systems of care and collaboration, legal and ethical standards, community crisis management, record keeping, medical insurance policies, and patient advocacy.
