Databases for AI and Machine Learning

Catalog description

This course introduces modern database technologies that underpin contemporary AI and Machine Learning systems. Emphasis is placed on data warehouses, data lakes, vector databases, time-series databases, graph databases and feature stores. Students will gain theoretical foundations and hands-on experience designing, implementing, and evaluating data architectures for large-scale ML training and real-time inference systems.
