Theories of Play and Creative Arts Therapies

Catalog description

This survey course will provide focus on the therapeutic aspects of play in infants, children, youth, adolescents, and adults. Additionally, basic foundations of each of the Creative Arts Therapies will be discussed and experienced through the context of therapeutic healing, including music, drama, dance/movement, art and poetry therapy.
