Advanced Bioethics

Catalog description

This course will build on concepts introduced in Introduction to Bioethics by expanding focus to ethical issues not necessarily confined to a medical/hospital setting. Issues can include the intersection of health and environmental concerns, public policies on issues such as vaccination, abortion and physical assisted death, research ethics, disability ethics, stem cell research, cloning, ectogenesis and artificial intelligence.
