Catalog description
A course designed to attack basic problems in formal writing and to introduce formal paragraphing and essay writing. A prerequisite for ENG 1100 . Placement is determined by Admissions. To "pass" the course, a grade of "D" or better is required. This course is waived for students who transfer in ENG 1100 . (Course does not satisfy General Education requirement and may not be taken for a Pass/Fail grade.)
