The Inner Journey

Catalog description

Using the perennial motif of the hero’s journey as a framework, this course explores the various understandings of inner journeying as they have been developed throughout the centuries—philosophical, spiritual, psychological and artistic. Through the use of journaling and artistic expression, students will be given the opportunity to reflect upon the various inner journeys of their own lives. Core courses are not open to Freshmen or Sophomores, except for associate degree candidates.
