Advanced Web Writing for Organizations

(formerly NMD 3280) This course explores sharpening one's writing and online skills using text, images, audio and video to maximize the impact of web-enabled, customer-facing messages. Students use in-class labs, collaborative exercises, readings, and discussion to examine how to use clear and direct writing, carefully planned structure, appropriate themes and templates with technology that strengthens online voice to effectively deliver a compelling message.
