Capstone for Organizational Leadership

Catalog description

This experiential learning capstone course requires students to apply knowledge and skills gained in prior courses. Each student will work with an organizational client to address a problem of importance that requires the student to play a leadership role. Students are expected to develop a change management plan and present it to their clients.
