(formerly BUS 1460) Regardless of one’s profession, one may find oneself supervising other employees. Inviting a person to join an organization (hiring), is an essential knowledge and skill area for rising supervisors, regardless of the profession. This one-credit course provides meaningful skill-building. At the end of this course the student will design a job description, prepare a set of interview questions, understand the factors related to interviewing a candidate, and understand the importance of meaningful onboarding.
