Field Study in Art: New York

Catalog description

This course meets off-site at various galleries and museums in the New York City area. Through examining different exhibitions and art movements, students will be asked to write creative and critical responses to what is observed. This course will involve physically visiting the location as well as following the course content through canvas. Students are responsible for all transportation costs to the city as well as museum entrance fees. Fulfills General Education Art History requirement.
