Spanish 101 is a beginner-level course designed to develop students' foundational skills in Spanish through communicative and culturally-informed instruction. Students will engage in listening, speaking, reading, and writing activities to gain confidence in real-world interactions. The course emphasizes practical communication skills, beginning with greetings and personal information and progressing to topics such as daily routines, family, university life, clothing, food, and the community. Students will build vocabulary, explore essential grammatical structures, and deepen their cultural understanding of the Spanish-speaking world through a student-centered approach.
