Catalog description

The study of how psychoactive chemicals affect the mind, body, behavior and relationships; how to identify substance use in individuals and the limitations of screening options; and the use of pharmacotherapy in the treatment of substance use disorders. Prerequisite: Approval of Instructor or Associate Dean required.
