Topics include the rules of legal ethics, ethical guidelines, attorney supervision of paralegals, unauthorized practice of law, confidentiality, conflict of interest, advertising and solicitation, attorney fees and fiduciary duties, competence, malpractice, ethical conduct, issues in litigation, and professional integrity issues.
