Catalog description

This course builds on concepts learned in NUR-102, NUR-103, and NUR-111, and applies to populations who are experiencing commonly occurring acute health problems with predictable outcomes. Students will build on existing knowledge of the pathophysiology of acute health problems and the appropriate nursing care. Application of knowledge, skills, attitudes, and behaviors occur in the nursing skills laboratory and Simulation Center.
