Catalog description

Applying principles of Pharmacology to clinical situations. Students will learn how different drugs work in the body, how to calculate drug dosages, drug administration routes and procedures. Includes how medications are related to disorders in each body system. Legal and safety considerations, as well as patient care implications, will be emphasized throughout the course.
