Catalog description

This course provides an in-depth exploration of network services and security. Students will learn to implement and manage essential network services, including DHCP and DNS, and configure application protocols. The course covers best practices in network security, focusing on identifying and mitigating threats, applying security features, and understanding network management. Students will also design and troubleshoot wireless and remote access networks, ensuring secure and efficient connectivity. This comprehensive course equips learners with the skills needed to manage and secure modern network environments. This course is the second in a two course sequence to prepare the student to take the CompTIA Network+ (N10-009) Certification Exam.
