This course explores retail customer service fundamentals, implementation of relationship marketing through customer analysis, interpersonal communication, telephone courtesy, sales presentations and after-sales support. It also examines the basic principles and techniques of merchandising, operations, layout, store organization, site location, and customer service with an emphasis on retailing operations.
