Offered: F. Exploration of the legal requirements for providing services to ELLs, as well as the advocacy, political, and instructional issues related to curriculum development and program management. Students will examine best practices for delivering services to ELLs with diverse needs. Section information text: First 7-week session Though all of coursework is 100% online, students are required to participate in live (via the internet) video conferencing meetings on the following Mondays from 6:30-7:30 PM: 8/31/26, 9/14/26, 9/28/26 & 10/12/26. All students should have reliable access to a web camera and internet. This course requires out side fieldwork. This course is cross-listed with TSL 459. This course may be waitlisted through the online registration system.
