Catalog description

Offered: F. Students will explore the foundations, principles, and issues involved in program development and evaluation. Program design, implementation, and outcomes are considered in the context of healthcare and healthcare education. Students will engage with individuals, families, or populations to collect data, incorporate patient perspectives, and design an intervention that directly impacts patient outcomes. This course consists of 2 hours lecture and 45 hours of direct care experience.
