Offered: F. Professional nursing leadership will be examined through the lens of role theory and organizational behavior. Emphasis is placed on standards-based practice, human resource management, and workforce development within complex healthcare systems. Students analyze how organizations function as integrated systems and how professional roles influence collaboration, decision-making, and outcomes across individual, team, and community levels. Prerequisite: Admission to the MSN or MSN/MBA program.
