Applied Strategic Management

Catalog description

Offered: F, Sp, Su. Applied Strategic Management uses the knowledge from functional area courses to develop and implement organizational strategy. Students will analyze situations, evaluate competencies, and describe competitive advantage while participating with a team in a business simulation project. Must be taken in the final semester of the program or with permission of the MBA Coordinator. Prerequisites: Completion or concurrent with all core courses in the MBA program; within 12 credit hours of completing degree.
