Offered: Sp. Emphasis is given to the interpretation and preparation of construction project documents. Subjects such as contract agreement, breach of contract, termination of agreements, materials specifications, workmanship specifications, general conditions, insurance, bonds, arbitration, labor law, disadvantaged business requirements, and cases related to finance are discussed. Prerequisite: CET 484.
