Credit Hours: 3 This course examines the legal and ethical issues related to services for clients served by Behavioral Health Centers. Topics include guardianship, custody and conservatorship, client rights, fraud and abuse detention and other legal and court issues. Ethical standards, professional and personal boundaries are discussed. Complete course with a grade of C or better. Prerequisite(s): BHS 200 with a grade of C or better.
