Prerequisites: SCMA 5310 . This course addresses the concepts and processes of project management as applicable to supply chain management. Students will study organizational design, project specification, integrated project planning, risk management and project control, and how globalization, environmental and sustainability issues, quality control, and cultural factors drive project management. Students may not receive credit for both SCMA 6347 and INFSYS 6847 .
