Supply Chain and Business Integration

Catalog description

Prerequisite(s): SCMA 2301 with a minimum 2.0 campus GPA. This course covers the principles and practices of supply chain integration, emphasizing how internal alignment among all business functions in an organization (e.g., sales, marketing, finance, logistics, purchasing, manufacturing, etc.) and external integration with key customers and suppliers drive superior business performance. Students will also get hands-on experience in real life business case simulation games to enhance their learning experience.
