Catalog description

Prerequisites: PSYCH 1003 , PSYCH 2211 or PSYCH 3202 ; PSYCH 2245 . The course is designed to provide an introduction to drugs used to treat anxiety disorders, major depression, schizophrenia, and other psychopathologies. The emphasis will be on understanding neural mechanisms related to psychological disorders and to the effectiveness of current drug treatments.
