Catalog description

Prerequisites: PSYCH 1003 . This course is an introduction to the psychological science of culture through theory-driven and applied learning. Topics may include a broad range of psychological issues associated with diversity and multiculturalism including, structural inequity, developmental processes, family and peer relationships, intergroup relations, mental health and well-being, health disparities, and intervention. This course counts toward the Global Perspectives graduation requirement.
