Prerequisites: MATH 2450 and either MATH 3000 or MATH 3250 ; or consent of instructor. This course examines the properties of integers, multiplicative functions, congruences, primitive roots, and quadratic residues. Credit is not granted for both MATH 4350 and MATH 5350.
