Prerequisites: Consent of the Dean of the Honors College. This Honors seminar examines nutritional needs across the illness and wellness continuum with emphasis on nutritional principles related to health promotion and protection. This course counts as NURSE 2000 , Nutrition in Health. This course may not be repeated for credit.
