Issues in Independent Living

Catalog description

Prerequisites: Admission to OIPE program. This course explores issues in independent living and provides students with opportunities for relevant practice and support. Topics include identifying community resources, money management, and interpersonal and safety management skills. Attention is also placed on identifying skills and supports that promote increased confidence in living independently after college.
