Prerequisite: BIOL 3622 . This course provides an in-depth exploration of the immune system with a strong emphasis on the cellular and molecular mechanisms that drive immune responses. Students will examine the development, function, and regulation of innate and adaptive immunity. Using a case-based learning approach, the course also integrates clinical immunology, exploring how dysregulation of immune processes leads to disease.
