Catalog description
This course offers a study of health care delivery in rural communities. It includes theoretical foundations, cultural considerations, and specific characteristics of rural environments and people. Local and international perspectives will be explored. This course has a community experience component. Identical with SWK 502 . Cannot receive credit for both NUR 502 and SWK 502 . May be taught concurrently with NUR 632. Cannot receive credit for both NUR 502 and NUR 632. Prerequisite: junior standing.
